By maintaining control over their body, they are able to be an active participant during delivery.  With this deep level of relaxation the body can give birth naturally with ease and comfort. Birth-Eze differs from other hypno-birthing methods by offering 4 one-on-one sessions with a Certified Hypnotherapist and the expectant mother. These sessions ideally begin at the start of the 7th month. The first 2 sessions are each 2 hours in length and the remaining sessions are each 1 hour in length. In between visits the mother is practicing at home using 2 separate CDs which have been prepared for her. The birthing partner is invited to attend the final hypnosis session.
